If you want to work alongside colleagues who:
 put children first,
 are caring, welcoming and supportive,
 value teamwork and are passionate about their school,
…then we would like to hear from you!
Both schools are friendly and exciting places to work and we have high expectations of our children and each other. We prioritise staff health and well-being and value relationship building as the key to successful team work. Both schools are currently rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED and our self-evaluation demonstrates many outstanding areas in both schools.
The schools are held in high regard for their provision and practice around SEND due to the impressive foundations laid by the current post holder and this is something all staff are committed to building upon. Due to the promotion of our current SENDCO, we are seeking to appoint a part time, inspirational leader who will champion the needs of our more vulnerable children across both schools. This is an influential role that involves working collaboratively between the Infant and Junior Schools. The SENDCo will take responsibility for the day-to-day provision for pupils with SEND and provide professional guidance in order to secure high quality teaching and the effective use of resources to bring about improved standards of achievement for these pupils. The SENDCo will be part of the schools’ Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) and so contribute to the strategic direction of the schools.
Both schools are seeking someone who:
 Is a flexible and driven individual who enjoys working at a strategic level
 Can provide robust challenge in a supportive and constructive way
 Works well independently and as part of a wider team
 Is an outstanding communicator and prioritises building strong relationships
In return we can offer:
 A commitment to continuing professional development (including the SENCo qualification)
 Fantastic children who are keen and eager to learn
 Supportive colleagues and governors

Further details and the application form are available on both school’s websites and and or by emailing: or Completed applications should be returned to either school at the email addresses provided.
