Residentials
During the summer term, each year group goes on a different residential visit. We have planned these visits carefully to offer the children a wide range of experiences that offer an increase in distance, duration and adventure as they go through the years. Children in year 3 spend one night with The Bushcraft Company at Castle Howard. Year 4 travel to Malham in the Yorkshire Dales to stay for one night at Malham Youth Hostel to experience the stunning scenery and do geography fieldwork. In Year 5, the children go to Carlton Lodge for 2 nights for a range of outdoor adventurous activities. The year 6 children travel to London for a 2 night stay visiting various tourist attractions, including the Tower of London and The London Eye.
